Person_Name

Just the full name of the person.

Image

An image of the person. Preferably one from his or her daily life, and not as the character (s)he might be playing.

Date_Of_Birth

Please keep it the format MM-DD-YYYY. Example: 12-31-2006 for the last of December 2006.

Location

The countries name will be fine. For the United States, please add the state.

IMDB

The IMDB page from this person. Link to them with [[IMDbName:#entry]], where #entry represents the final part in the url of the IMDB page: http://www.imdb.com/name/#entry/. Most people won't have an IMDB page. If this is the case, you can keep this one empty or change it to No IMDb.

Production_Groups

A listing of all production groups this person has participated.

Tasks

The task(s) this person does. If possible, choose one from the following list:
